They see our ad, tap through to our page, scroll the grid, read the comments, and then DM us to ask which size to get. We want someone who makes that page worth following, and makes every one of those conversations feel like talking to a friend who knows bras.

About Bugario

Bugario (bugario.in) makes women's innerwear and shapewear. Our hero product, JellyLift, is a wire-free jelly bra made for try-on content: the difference shows on camera. We sell on our own site and on marketplaces, and we already run Meta ads at scale. Now we want someone to own our Instagram and our community.

What you'll own

- Our Instagram, end to end: the content calendar, reels, stories, carousels and the look of the grid
- Making the content yourself: shooting and editing reels on your phone, writing captions, and catching trends while they're still early. Our video team helps with bigger shoots
- Comments and DMs, on our posts and on our ads: quick, warm replies, helping people pick the right size, and handing order or return problems to our support team
- Community: reposting customers and creators, getting happy customers to share their try-ons, and working with our influencer manager on collab posts
- Feeding our ads: when a reel does well on its own, it goes into our paid ads, with real budget behind it
- Numbers: saves, shares,



profile visits and DMs that turn into orders, tracked every week, not just follower count

You'll fit if

- You have 2+ years running a brand's Instagram hands-on, making the content, not just scheduling it
- You shoot and edit reels yourself (CapCut, InShot or similar)
- You write like a person, not a brand, in captions and in replies
- You stay calm and kind with an upset customer, and know when to hand it to support
- You're comfortable talking bras, fit and sizing, and keeping the content classy
- You read your numbers and change what you post because of them
- Big plus: you've run social media for a lingerie, innerwear, fashion or beauty brand
- Plus: you're comfortable on camera
