Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and investigate security alerts received through the SIEM.

- Investigate alerts from Cloud Service Provider (CSP) dashboards and vendor security notifications.

- Analyze and investigate DAST/SAST findings.

- Investigate security tickets and employee-reported security incidents.

- Perform incident classification, prioritization, and detailed analysis.

- Execute approved security response actions according to defined runbooks.

- Coordinate with internal security teams for incident investigation and escalation.

- Review L1 handoff packages and perform L2-level investigation.

- Ensure adherence to triage and incident-response SLAs.

- Participate in weekly triage quality reviews.

- Provide feedback to improve runbook accuracy and escalation criteria.

- Maintain complete activity logging and audit trails.

- Participate in due diligence reviews of third-party tools.
