Key Responsibilities

- Continuously monitor the SIEM for security alerts during assigned shift hours.

- Triage security alerts from Cloud Service Provider (CSP) dashboards and vendor security notifications.

- Review and triage DAST/SAST findings.

- Review and triage security tickets and employee-reported security incidents.

- Perform initial classification and prioritization of security alerts/incidents.

- Execute approved L1 runbook response actions for defined incident types.

- Conduct user outreach and clarification to complete initial triage.

- Prepare documented handoff packages for L2/L3 investigation and escalation.

- Adhere to triage SLAs based on severity.

- Participate in triage quality reviews and provide feedback for runbook improvements.

- Maintain complete activity logging and audit trails.

- Participate in due diligence reviews of third-party tools.
