- Provide L1-level analyst resources, trained on real-time alert monitoring within Microsoft Sentinel.
- Monitor security alerts across 's integrated telemetry sources on a 24x7 basis.
- Perform initial triage and severity classification (P1P4) of alerts
- Escalate validated incidents to L2 within the agreed escalation SLA.
- Use AI-assisted triage support to accelerate initial alert review.

• Maintain incident lifecycle tracking — ticket creation, status updates, and shift handover documentation.
