- Manufacture cold-process handmade soaps according to approved formulations and batch specifications.

- Measure and prepare oils, butters, sodium hydroxide (lye), water/liquids, fragrances, essential oils, colours, herbs, clays and other additives accurately.

- Calculate and verify lye quantities and oil ratios before every batch.

- Operate and maintain soap-making equipment, mixing tools, moulds, cutters and other production equipment.

- Monitor temperature, mixing consistency, trace and other critical stages of the soap-making process.

- Handle essential oils, fragrances, lye and other chemicals safely.

- Maintain proper batch records, raw-material consumption records and production logs.

- Ensure proper moulding, setting, cutting, stamping and curing of soaps.

- Monitor curing conditions including time, temperature, ventilation and storage.

- Inspect finished products for appearance, texture, fragrance, hardness and other quality parameters.

- Identify and report issues such as separation, soda ash,



cracking, sweating, discoloration, incorrect trace or inconsistent texture.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment.

- Follow workplace safety procedures and appropriate PPE requirements.

- Coordinate with the Quality Control and Packaging teams for finished-product inspection.

- Maintain adequate stock of oils, butters, additives, fragrances, packaging materials and other production inputs.

- Support development and testing of new soap formulations and variants.

- Conduct trial batches and make process adjustments under approved formulations.

- Ensure production targets and batch schedules are achieved.

- Minimize raw-material wastage and maintain consistent batch quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
