Experience: Total 5 Years But 2+ Year as SME on paper Mandatory

CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (2025% hike )

2. Team Leader – Operations

Experience: 5+ Years overall BPO/Operations | 2+ Years as Team Leader on paper – Mandatory

CTC: Up to 7 LPA (20–25% hike )

We are hiring experienced Sr. SMEs and Team Leaders for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates should have relevant experience in BPO Operations, people management, process compliance, quality management and performance improvement.

International Voice Process experience is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid customer orientation and team-management skills.

Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts.

Role-Specific Requirements For Sr. SME:

Minimum 1+ Year of SME experience on paper is mandatory.

For Team Leader:

Minimum 5+ Years of overall BPO/Operations experience.

Minimum 2+ Years of Team Leader experience on paper is mandatory.

Experience in team handling, KPI management, escalations and performance management.
