- Operate and monitor SMT Pick & Place Machines and Reflow Oven.
- Set up machines, load feeders and verify component placement.
- Handle SMD components as per BOM and production requirements.
- Inspect PCB assemblies for placement and soldering defects.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine/component feeding issues.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Maintain production, rejection and machine-related records.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PCB, SMT process and electronic components.
- Experience with Pick & Place / Reflow machines preferred.
- Good attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a production workplace and meet targets.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
