Role & Responsibilities

- Create realistic business prompts based on real-world small business scenarios.

- Interact with and evaluate responses from multiple AI chatbots for accuracy, clarity, and usefulness.

- Evaluate AI outputs across marketing, daily operations, customer management, market research, and financial planning.

- Use business-related files such as spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and documents during evaluations.

- Provide structured feedback, comparative evaluations, and conversation transcripts.

Qualifications Required

- 2+ years of experience as a small business owner, entrepreneur, or in small business operations.

- Fluent in Hindi with business-related documents/materials available in Hindi.

- Robust analytical and critical-thinking skills.





- Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and assess AI-generated responses.

- Comfortable using AI tools and working with business documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Small business owners, entrepreneurs, family business owners, or professionals with hands-on business experience.

- Experience in retail, e-commerce, services, manufacturing, marketing, or other small business domains.

- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI tools.

- Experience with market research, marketing, business strategy, financial planning, or customer management.
