Position: Skill Development / Skills India Coordinator
Location: Gurgaon
Project: Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) Skill Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs of farmers and FPO members.
- Coordinate and implement training programs under Skill India / NSDC.
- Mobilize participants and manage training schedules.
- Support FPOs in capacity building, governance, and enterprise development.
- Liaise with government departments, training partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain MIS, documentation, and prepare progress reports.
- Conduct field visits and ensure smooth project execution.
