Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day solar site activities and manpower.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, installation and structural work.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project requirements.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment at site.
- Maintain daily work progress and site reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers and Project Manager.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of assigned work.
- Identify and report site issues and support timely resolution.
- Monitor housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
- Assist in testing, commissioning and project handover activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably Solar EPC.
- Knowledge of ground-mounted solar installation and construction activities.
- Valuable manpower coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work at multiple project locations.
- Willingness to travel across Rajasthan.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,402.31 per month
