- Supervise daily site operations, execution, productivity and progress as per approved project plans and timelines.

- Manage labour teams, subcontractors and workers; assign tasks and ensure discipline, coordination and qualified conduct.

- Ensure compliance with PPE, safety regulations and occupational health standards; conduct toolbox talks and worker inductions.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors and internal teams; provide regular progress updates and escalate site issues.

- Ensure timely material procurement and site readiness; monitor deliveries, movement, consumption and inventory records.

- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, dimensions, colours and required quality standards.

- Maintain site documentation including DLR, DPR, LMR,



Daily Site Logs, Work Permits, MIR and WIR reports.

- Handle client observations and concerns; track snagging, rectification and timely closure of pending issues.

- Identify operational bottlenecks, delays and project risks; take corrective action and support timely project completion and handover.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
