We are having an urgent opening for the position of Site Supervisor for a reputed company in Premium Home Furnishing Showroom at Pune location.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise daily showroom and installation site activities.
- Take accurate measurements for curtains, blinds, tracks, and wallpaper.
- Coordinate installers, helpers, customers, and office staff.
- Ensure proper quality and finishing of curtain and wallpaper installation.
- Check materials, tools, and stock before and after site work.
- Ensure work is completed on time with minimum wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the site.
- Handle basic customer/site issues and report major problems to management.
- Maintain daily work, material, and site reports.
- Ensure final inspection and proper handover to the customer.
- Follow up with customers for site readiness and installation dates.
Key Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in a showroom management role, preferably in premium retail or home furnishing.
- Robust customer handling skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Support the sales team during difficult site measurements or technical discussions.
