Job Summary

John’s Umbrella Mart is looking for a responsible and experienced site supervisor to manage and supervise civil construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure-related activities across the company’s facilities. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, cost monitoring, and timely completion of assigned works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise civil construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the progress of work.
- Prepare and review estimates, BOQs, drawings, measurements, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor material usage, workmanship, project quality, and costs.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Identify and coordinate requirements related to building, structural work, drainage, flooring, roofing, and other civil maintenance.
- Verify measurements, bills, material quantities, and completed works.




- Maintain proper project records, documentation, and completion reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in planning and executing infrastructure improvements for factories, warehouses, offices, and other company facilities.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in construction, industrial/factory maintenance, or project supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, estimation, quantity surveying, and site supervision.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and supervise multiple activities efficiently.
