We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities for fire safety and engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers and technicians, monitoring installation work, maintaining site discipline, and ensuring timely and quality execution as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
Coordinate with technicians, contractors and site teams.
Monitor installation of fire fighting, hydrant, sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
Ensure work is executed according to drawings and project requirements.
Check availability and proper utilization of materials at site.
Monitor work quality, progress and timelines.
Maintain daily site reports and work records.
Coordinate with engineers regarding technical and site-related issues.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the worksite.
Take measurements and assist with site documentation.
Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
Report site progress and requirements to the concerned project team.
2–5 years of experience in site supervision, fire safety, MEP, construction or engineering projects.
Basic knowledge of fire fighting and protection systems preferred.
Valuable manpower and site coordination skills.
Ability to read basic drawings and understand site layouts.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites around Nagpur.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
