Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

About the Role

Sidharth Shutters & Automation is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor for our Installation Team.

This is a field-based position involving supervision of installation work at customer and project sites across India. The candidate will be responsible for managing the installation team, coordinating site activities and ensuring that projects are completed properly, safely and within the required timeline.

The candidate must be willing to travel across India for project work, including outstation assignments for multiple days.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the installation team at project sites.
- Plan and coordinate daily installation activities.
- Allocate work to fitters, technicians, electricians and helpers.
- Ensure proper installation of Rolling Shutters, Automatic Doors, Sliding Doors, Boom Barriers, Loading Equipment and other automation products.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and site representatives during installation.
- Ensure work is carried out as per company standards, drawings and site requirements.
- Monitor the quality and progress of installation work.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment and materials.
- Identify and resolve site-level installation issues.
- Coordinate with the technical and office teams regarding material, manpower and technical requirements.
- Maintain discipline and productivity of the installation team.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
- Provide regular updates on site progress,



pending work, material requirements and completion status.
- Ensure proper testing, finishing and handover of completed installation work.
- Travel to project sites across India as required.

Required Skills & Qualities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site installation or supervision.
- Experience in managing installation teams and site manpower.
- Basic technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation work.
- Ability to understand drawings, measurements and site requirements.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle site-related issues independently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Comfortable with field-based work and frequent travel.
- Must be willing to travel Pan India as per project requirements.
- Willingness to stay at outstation project locations for the required duration.

Important Requirement

This is a field-based installation position and not an office-based role. The candidate will be required to travel to customer and project sites across India and stay at outstation locations as per project requirements. Candidates who are not comfortable with Pan-India travel should not apply.
