SRE Production support Lead • Primary skills:Technology->DevOps->Site Reliability Engineering(SRE),Technology->Infrastructure-Storage-Administration->UNIX Storage,Technology->Maintenance and Production Support process->Finacle Product Maintenance process,Technology->SQL SSIS->SQL Server • Provide L2 production support for business-critical applications.

- Monitor application and infrastructure health using SRE monitoring tools.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Troubleshoot application, server, and database-related issues.
- Use SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue analysis.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve production issues.
- Participate in deployment, release, and change management activities.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability metrics.
- Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Support on-call rotations and major incident management processes.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
