Role Description The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites in Bengaluru in a full time, on-site capacity. This role includes coordinating with design and project teams, managing site personnel and contractors, and ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

The Site

Supervisor monitors progress, maintains daily site logs, and reports on timelines, resource needs, and issues to project management. The role also involves conducting regular inspections, resolving on-site challenges, liaising with clients and vendors when required, and ensuring that the finished work reflects Cosmoliv’s design intent and standards of excellence.





Qualifications

- Experience in site supervision for interior design, construction, or real estate projects, with the ability to manage day-to-day site operations and workforce.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality standards, and safety regulations relevant to residential and commercial interiors.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings, and coordinate implementation with contractors and vendors.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of common office and site management tools (e.g., MS Office, site logs).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with design teams, clients, and on-site staff, including conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality under dynamic site conditions.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field; comparable practical experience is also valued.
- Prior experience working on projects in Bengaluru or similar urban environments is an advantage; familiarity with local regulations and vendors is beneficial.
