About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Safety Officer to join our site management team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with our Project Managers and senior safety staff to enforce safety protocols across active interior fit-out and renovation sites across Delhi-NCR.

Key responisbilities

- Conduct daily site walks across active fit-out projects to identify potential safety hazards and ensure workplace cleanliness.
- Ensure all site workers and sub-contractors wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as helmets, boots, gloves, and masks.
- Monitor high-risk interior tasks including scaffolding setup, ladder usage, electrical wiring, hot work (welding/cutting), and spray painting.
- Assist in delivering daily morning Tool Box Talks (TBT)



and safety briefings to workers and sub-contractors.
- Maintain daily site safety logs, incident reporting registers, and hazard checklists.
- Oversee proper dust control, ventilation setup, and safe storage of paints, chemicals, and joinery materials.
- Assist in implementing fire safety precautions, including maintaining accessible fire extinguishers and emergency access paths.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or Fire & Safety Management.
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in construction or interior fit-out safety.
- Certifications: OSHA / NEBOSH IGC or Diploma in Industrial Safety is an added advantage. First Aid certification is preferred.
- Key Skills: Basic knowledge of site safety norms, effective communication skills, and ability to handle multi-trade sub-contractors in office.
- Location / Travel: Must be willing to travel to various project sites across Gurugram and Delhi-NCR.
