Role Description The Site Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bidar, responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and construction activities from planning through completion. The role includes coordinating project schedules, managing site teams and contractors, and ensuring work is executed in line with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

The Site Project

Manager will monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, conduct inspections, and communicate regularly with designers, clients, and vendors to keep the project on track. Daily tasks also include managing material deliveries, controlling site logistics, updating project documentation,



and reporting status to senior management to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to plan, coordinate, and drive timely completion of site activities.
- Candidates should possess experience as an Expeditor and in Logistics Management to manage material flow, vendor coordination, and on-site resource availability.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to verify workmanship, quality, and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Candidates should have proven ability to manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors, with strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate with clients, designers, and vendors.
- Candidates should have solid problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle on-site challenges and maintain project timelines.
- Candidates should ideally hold a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field, with prior experience in interior or construction project sites.
- Candidates should be familiar with basic project documentation, site reporting, and use of standard productivity and communication tools.
