We are looking for a Site Operations Associate to support and execute various site activities including waterproofing, epoxy flooring, PU coating, surface preparation, repair work, plastering, masonry, and general construction-related activities.

The candidate will work closely with the Site Engineer to ensure proper execution of assigned activities, adherence to technical procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

The role involves hands-on site execution and requires willingness to travel across India based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution

- Assist in and execute waterproofing application and related site activities.
- Assist with epoxy flooring and PU coating applications.
- Carry out surface preparation as per project requirements.
- Support material mixing and application as per specified procedures.
- Perform basic masonry, plastering, repair, patching, and finishing works.
- Execute daily assigned activities under the supervision of the Site Engineer.
- Ensure proper finishing and quality of completed work.
- Follow technical instructions, method statements, and project-specific procedures.

Material Handling & Control

- Handle construction, waterproofing, epoxy, PU, and other site materials safely.
- Ensure proper mixing, application, and utilization of materials.
- Maintain awareness of material consumption and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer regarding material requirements and availability.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of materials at the site.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain daily site activity reports.
- Record attendance and manpower details.




- Maintain material issue and consumption records.
- Take and share site photographs for work-progress documentation.
- Provide regular updates on work progress to the Site Engineer.
- Report site-related issues, delays, material shortages, or quality concerns promptly.

Coordination & Teamwork

- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and other site team members for daily work execution.
- Understand and follow daily work plans and instructions.
- Work effectively with supervisors, technicians, contractors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the planned timelines.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism at project sites.

Technical Knowledge The candidate should have a basic understanding of:

- Surface preparation techniques.
- Waterproofing application procedures.
- Epoxy and PU coating application.
- Material mixing ratios and application procedures.
- Coating thickness and coverage requirements.
- Plastering, masonry, repair, and finishing work.
- Basic construction tools and equipment.
- Quality requirements and finishing standards.
- Following technical datasheets, method statements, and site instructions.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow all project and company safety procedures.
- Properly use required PPE such as safety shoes, helmets,



gloves, safety harnesses, etc.
- Follow safe material handling and application practices.
- Maintain proper housekeeping at the work area.
- Follow work-at-height safety procedures wherever applicable.
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents to the Site Engineer/supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with site-specific safety and operational requirements.

Digital Skills

- Basic smartphone operation.
- WhatsApp communication and coordination.
- Ability to take and share site photographs.
- Basic understanding of digital reporting and documentation.
- Ability to communicate daily work updates through mobile applications.

Educational Qualification

Preferred:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Candidates with relevant construction, waterproofing, flooring, coating, or site execution experience may also be considered based on their practical knowledge and experience. Eligibility & Requirements

- Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience in construction, waterproofing, civil works, flooring, coating, or site execution.
- Basic technical understanding of construction/site activities.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at project sites.
- Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements.
- Valuable discipline, work ethic, and teamwork.
- Ability to follow technical and safety instructions.
- Ability to work in different site conditions and environments.
- Willingness to take responsibility for assigned site activities.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra Travel: Pan-India travel required based on project requirements
