Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.

- Execute work as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site supervisors.

- Check dimensions, levels, alignments, and quality of construction work.

- Review drawings and identify technical issues or discrepancies.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.

- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.

- Verify quantities and measurements of completed work.

- Coordinate material requirements and monitor material consumption.

- Ensure proper workmanship and compliance with project specifications.

- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with quality-control teams.

- Identify site problems and coordinate corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.

- Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with consultants/client representatives.

- Assist in preparing estimates, BOQs,



quantity calculations, and work orders where required.

- Maintain records of drawings, measurements, instructions, and site communications.

- Report progress, delays, material requirements, and technical issues to the Project Manager.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

- 25 years of relevant site/construction experience preferred.

- Positive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

- Knowledge of quantity measurement and basic estimation.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of relevant project-management software is an advantage.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
