Role Description The Site Engineer / Supervisor (MEP) will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for solar heating and cooling projects, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution at project sites. This full-time role is based in New Delhi in a hybrid format, combining on-site supervision with some work-from-home for planning, documentation, and coordination activities.

Responsibilities include managing site activities, supervising installation and commissioning of radiant and solar thermal systems, coordinating with civil and structural teams,



and ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The role involves regular communication with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams, preparation of site reports, handling basic troubleshooting, and supporting project managers in meeting timelines and budgets.

The Site

Engineer / Supervisor will also contribute to continuous improvement of installation practices and support training of site technicians as needed.

Qualifications

- On-site supervision and field execution skills, including experience managing day-to-day site activities and contractor coordination.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary internal teams.
- Quality control and inspection capabilities to ensure compliance with designs, standards, and safety protocols.
- Understanding of structural engineering principles and ability to collaborate with civil engineers for integrated MEP solutions.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field; relevant experience in MEP or solar/HVAC projects is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with solar thermal or radiant heating/cooling systems, basic CAD or drawing interpretation, and use of standard site tools and instruments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Recent Delhi, including frequent travel to project sites, with a focus on safety, reliability, and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to sustainable engineering and clean energy solutions.
