Job Title: Site Engineer – Solar

Location: Poomalaikundu, Theni

Qualification: Diploma in EEE - Fresher

Industry: Solar & Renewable Energy

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution and supervision of solar project site activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, workers, and project teams at the site.
- Monitor daily installation and electrical works as per project requirements.
- Support solar panel, inverter, cable, and electrical installation activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per safety and quality standards.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
- Check materials and coordinate with the project team for site requirements.
- Identify basic site issues and report them to the senior engineer/project team.




- Support testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Travel or work at project sites as required.

Requirements:

- Diploma in EEE – 2025/2026 passed out.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar energy is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
