Role Description The Site Engineer–Interior is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This position is responsible for supervising day-to-day interior work at project sites, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately, safely, and on schedule. Key tasks include coordinating with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors; monitoring material use and workmanship; conducting site measurements; and reporting progress to project leaders.

The role also involves checking drawings against site conditions, resolving minor site-based issues, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting timely project handover.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision and coordination skills, with experience managing interior execution at active project locations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to work effectively with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to monitor workmanship, materials, and adherence to design and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge to understand drawings, site constraints, and technical requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field, along with experience in interior or construction projects, are beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, familiarity with basic site documentation, and proficiency in using common office and communication tools are advantageous.
- Robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to travel between sites in and around Kozhikode are preferred.
