Job Summary
We are looking for a Solar Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate solar project execution at site. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, electrical installation activities, quality and safety compliance, and coordination with project teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day solar site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate solar PV module installation, electrical wiring, cabling, earthing and related site activities.
Monitor installation, testing and commissioning activities of solar electrical systems.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors and project teams for smooth project execution.
Check material requirements,
site readiness and proper utilization of materials and manpower.
Ensure work quality and compliance with project standards, drawings and safety procedures.
Prepare daily site progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
Identify site-level technical issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Maintain site documentation, checklists, measurements and relevant project records.
Ensure adherence to safety practices and safe working conditions at the project site.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical engineering.
Hands-on experience in solar site supervision and project execution.
Understanding of electrical installation, cabling, earthing and testing.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documents.
Robust site coordination and team management skills.
Good communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
