IAMA Designers & Developers LLP is looking for an Interior Site Engineer to join our team in Kozhikode. The candidate will be responsible for supervising interior execution at project sites, coordinating with the design team, contractors, vendors and clients, and ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor interior execution at project sites.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Check measurements, materials, finishes and workmanship at site.
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure timely progress.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Monitor material requirements and site availability.
- Coordinate with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting and other interior works.
- Maintain site measurements, work updates and project records.
- Prepare regular site progress reports and communicate project updates to the management.
- Ensure proper coordination between site execution and design requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and support timely completion of assigned works.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering,



Interior Design or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior site execution.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, measurements and site coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the assigned area.
