Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day structural construction activities at the site.
- Study and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and engineering standards.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, and alignment before concreting.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements at the site.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspections and testing.
- Ensure proper curing and other required activities after concreting.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and report delays to the Project Manager.




- Coordinate with the planning and billing teams for measurements and work completion.
- Verify quantities and measurements of completed structural works.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and proper use of PPE.
- Report any quality, safety, or technical issues to the senior management.
- Coordinate with the design/consultant team for clarification of drawings and technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and material usage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
