Job Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 08-10 years of hands-on experience in actual site execution.
- Strong experience in execution of residential and commercial complexes.
- Thorough knowledge of RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing and other civil works.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day site execution and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and execution methodologies, & Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Experience on site planning and monitoring work as per project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and required quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with Architects, Structural Consultants, PMC, contractors and internal project teams.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, measurements and other required documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials and resources at site.




- Efficient Quality control of on Site activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage actual in office execution of residential and commercial construction buildingings.
- Ensure timely completion of construction activities as per project schedule.
- Monitor quality, workmanship and productivity at site.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth execution.
- Verify quantities and measurements of completed works.
- Prepare and submit Daily Site Reports (DSR) and progress updates.
- Coordinate with the office/project management team regarding site requirements, delays and progress.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
- Maintain discipline, safety and housekeeping at the project site.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
