About the Project

This position is part of a construction project at Palhera, Meerut, involving development of UPSRTC Maintenance Workshop/Depot facilities being constructed by NCRTC for the Delhi-Meerut RRTS Corridor. The scope includes administrative buildings, depot/workshop structures, PEB and steel structures, maintenance pits, roads and associated civil, structural, architectural and electrical works.

Job Summary

We are looking for Civil Site Engineers to supervise and coordinate civil construction activities at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Execute work as per approved GFC drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise structural, building, road, maintenance pit and other civil works.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment and execution at site.
- Coordinate with Surveyors for setting-out and measurement requirements.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor availability of manpower, materials and equipment.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain site records.




- Coordinate inspections with the Quality team.
- Identify technical and execution-related issues and report them to senior management.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communication of pending work.
- Follow applicable project safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience in construction/site execution.
- Valuable knowledge of drawings, measurements and construction practices.
- Strong site coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
