We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with around 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from the construction industry, to manage and supervise civil construction activities at our Ujjain location.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, construction processes, quality control, estimation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and civil work at project sites.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and other project teams.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Check quantities, measurements, and material requirements for ongoing work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and construction materials.
Requirements
- B.E in Civil Engineering.
- Around 4 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Prior experience with a construction company/project will be preferred.
- Good understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates willing to work in Ujjain are preferred.
