Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per design specifications. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Only candidates residing in Valsad or nearby Valsad are eligible to apply. Applications from candidates outside these locations will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction work on-site.
Ensure that all work is carried out as per the approved drawings, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and task execution.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site quickly.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain construction standards.
Ensure proper safety measures are followed by all site personnel.
Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 2 to 5 years of site engineering or construction experience.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Positive communication and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) is a plus.
Work Conditions:
Full-time on-site work but sometime you have to rotate.
May require travel to different project sites.
Must be comfortable working in outdoor and construction environments.
