Role: Site Diagnostic Engineer

We are looking for a Site Diagnostic Engineer who will be responsible for inspecting buildings, diagnosing structural and building-related defects, preparing technical reports, communicating findings to clients, and supporting projects from initial inspection through execution.

The role involves conducting professional SiteScan inspections to identify the root causes of cracks, seepage, dampness, corrosion and other building issues. The engineer will also provide technical inputs for quotations, conduct project handovers and, when assigned, supervise project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed site inspections for assigned enquiries.
- Diagnose the root causes of cracks, seepage, dampness, corrosion and structural defects.
- Carry out visual inspections and accurate site measurements.
- Record inspection observations using the SiteScan App.
- Capture required site photographs and videos as per company SOPs.
- Prepare accurate and complete SiteScan reports within the required timeline.
- Recommend appropriate repair methodologies based on site findings.
- Provide technical inputs required for project quotations.
- Explain technical findings and recommended solutions to clients in simple and professional language.
- Answer client technical queries honestly and professionally.
- Avoid recommending unnecessary repairs.
- Conduct project handover meetings for confirmed projects, including methodology, risks, quantities and expectations.




- Provide technical guidance during project execution.
- When assigned, supervise labour, subcontractors, materials, safety and quality at site.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding project progress.
- Submit Daily Activity Reports and update the CRM after every site visit.
- Upload photographs, videos, drawings and other project documents to the company drive.

Equipment Used The engineer will work with inspection and measurement equipment including:
- Thermal Camera
- Moisture Meter
- Laser Distance Meter
- Endoscope Camera
- Measuring Tools

The engineer will be responsible for the secure use of equipment and must report any damage or calibration issues immediately.

Key Performance Areas

Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Quality and technical accuracy of SiteScan inspections
- Timely submission of reports
- Client communication and professionalism
- Conversion of SiteScans into projects
- Quality of project handovers
- Successful execution of assigned projects
- Accuracy of documentation
- Adherence to company SOPs

The engineer will also be expected to participate in internal technical training and stay updated with repair technologies. Note: StructureCare is a growing company, and the role and responsibilities may evolve according to business requirements. Employees are expected to adapt to new processes introduced by the company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
