Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and coordinate on-site civil works for commercial interior projects in Bengaluru, ensuring design intent is accurately implemented in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on supervising construction activities, monitoring progress, and resolving day-to-day technical issues at project locations. The role includes reviewing drawings and specifications, planning and sequencing civil works, and collaborating closely with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors.

The Site Civil

Engineer will conduct site inspections, verify measurements and quantities, support material selection and approvals,



and maintain detailed documentation of work completed. The position also involves ensuring compliance with local codes, supporting stormwater and drainage considerations where relevant, and contributing to continuous improvement of execution workflows.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret and implement structural and infrastructure-related drawings.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on-site, including supervision of contractors and coordination of daily construction activities.
- Planning skills to sequence civil work, manage schedules, and align site execution with overall project timelines.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and drainage principles as applicable to commercial building projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
- Proficiency in interpreting CAD drawings and using basic engineering software tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks on fast-paced projects and solve on-site technical challenges.
- Prior experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, or building construction in urban environments is an advantage.
