Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Site Acquisition – Field Executive based in Kanpur. The role involves identifying and evaluating potential sites for telecom tower installation, conducting field surveys, and coordinating with local authorities, landlords, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and agreements.

The Site

Acquisition – Field Executive prepares and maintains documentation, tracks progress of site acquisition activities, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.



The role also includes regular reporting on site status, resolving field-level issues, and collaborating with internal teams such as legal, projects, and operations to enable timely tower deployment.

Qualifications

- Strong field operations and site acquisition skills, including surveying, site evaluation, and negotiation with landlords and local stakeholders.
- Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, basic understanding of regulatory and municipal approval processes, and familiarity with local geography in and around Kanpur.
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and use of digital tools (MS Office, mapping apps, and field reporting systems).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage external relationships.
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and working independently in the field.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecom, or a related field; prior experience in telecom site acquisition or field operations is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region and work in outdoor conditions as required by project timelines.
