Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage site execution, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee civil project management activities, including planning, coordination, and monitoring.

- Provide technical guidance to team members on construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

- Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and other teams involved in the project.

- Identify potential issues early on and implement corrective actions to minimize delays or cost overruns.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure setup & maintenance projects (Data Center Operations).

- B.Tech degree from a reputed institution (preferably CSE/IT background).

- Robust understanding of server installation, configuration, troubleshooting; familiarity with HVAC systems preferred.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
