Responsibilities

- Track daily and monthly site-level expenditures

- Monitor committed costs, work-in-progress (WIP) and identify cost overruns or unauthorised site expenditures early

- Reconcile physical project milestones with payment applications, subcontractor claims, and client billing

- Perform three-way matching across purchase orders (PO), Goods Received Notes and vendor delivery tickets prior to invoice processing

- Maintain accurate records for retention money, mobilisation advances, liquidated damages, and statutory deductions (eg, TDS, GST/VAT, worker compensation deductions).

- Manage in office petty cash disbursements for emergency site purchases, equipment fuelling, site permits, and incidental expenses

- Perform daily cash reconciliations, maintain accurate vouchers, and submit periodic replenishment requests to head office

- Conduct periodic physical inventory audits





- Track the attendance of skilled and unskilled site labourers

- Prepare wage sheets for daily-wage or weekly-wage site labourers, verifying overtime records with site supervisors

- Assist site management in maintaining statutory labour compliance, worker insurance records, and site safety audit documentation

- Support internal and statutory auditors during site-level financial, operational, and inventory audits.

- Maintain the stock register and stock management on a periodic basis

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally is an added advantage
