Role Description The Showroom Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ernakulam, responsible for leading the sales operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing showroom staff, supervising sales processes from inquiry to delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, presenting motorcycle features, conducting test-ride coordination, and guiding customers through financing and purchase decisions.

Manager will oversee showroom display and merchandising, track sales performance, implement sales strategies, and collaborate with service and marketing teams to support business growth. This position also requires regular reporting to management, monitoring market trends, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive showroom performance and meet revenue targets.




- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage visitors, understand needs, and build trusted relationships.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Showroom operations and retail processes to ensure effective layout, product presentation, and smooth daily functioning.
- Relevant experience in automotive or premium retail sales, preferably in motorcycles or related segments.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set goals, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on ethical and transparent selling practices.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends and peak business periods.
