About the Role

As a Site Engineer – Field Operations, you will be part of our Field Operations team and will be responsible for keeping SkyStations, drones, and supporting systems ready for operations.

This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys working with hardware, troubleshooting technical issues, and solving real-world problems at project sites.

What You’ll Do

- Support installation, commissioning, and setup of SkyStations at project sites.
- Perform power, network, hardware, and physical readiness checks.
- Inspect drones, SkyStations, and supporting field equipment.
- Troubleshoot routine hardware, power, network, and site-related issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and basic equipment checks.
- Support vehicle-mounted SkyStation systems where required.
- Maintain service records, checklists, issue logs, and daily activity updates.
- Coordinate site access and other field requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and escalate unresolved technical issues.

Who Should Apply

- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical,



or related engineering branches.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of tools, wiring, power systems, and networking.
- Willingness to work at large and remote project locations across India.
- Comfortable working in field environments.
- Strong problem-solving approach and ability to stay calm during technical issues.
- Safety-conscious and disciplined with documentation and checklists.

Work Environment You will work at large solar and infrastructure project sites across India, handling SkyStations, drones, power systems, network equipment, tools, and other field infrastructure. You will work closely with the SkyStation Operations, Hardware and Product teams, as well as client site teams.

Growth Path

Site Engineer → Senior Site Engineer → Team Lead – Site Activities → Manager

This is a competency-based growth path, with opportunities to take on more complex troubleshooting, multiple-site responsibilities, planning, and team mentoring as you grow.
