SHOWROOM MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER – Key Responsibilities Showroom Operations: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom. Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales and ensure achievement of individual and showroom-level business targets.
Team Management: Lead, supervise, motivate and monitor the performance of the showroom sales team.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience and handle customer queries, complaints and escalations effectively.
Inventory Coordination: Ensure proper handling, display, movement and security of jewellery and showroom assets.
Team Development: Conduct regular team briefings and identify training and development requirements.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Inventory,
Marketing and other departments for smooth showroom operations. Reports & MIS: Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales, staff performance and operational reports to management. Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, security procedures and statutory requirements.
