We are looking for an experienced Showroom Head to lead the operations of a 1,50,000 sq. ft. large-format Furniture & Décor showroom in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

This is a large-scale retail leadership role, not a conventional showroom position. We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of the showroom, build and lead a strong team, drive sales, and create an exceptional customer experience.

The showroom is part of a larger furniture business supported by a new 2,00,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, creating an integrated manufacturing-to-retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of showroom operations, sales and commercial performance.
- Lead a large-format 1.5 lakh sq. ft. Furniture & Décor showroom.
- Build, train and manage large sales, customer service and showroom teams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive key metrics including revenue, conversion, average ticket size, customer acquisition and repeat business.
- Develop showroom zoning, product presentation and visual merchandising strategies.
- Ensure the right product mix across furniture, décor and allied categories.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement and product availability.
- Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, marketing and management teams.
- Lead current product launches, collections,



campaigns and showroom activations.
- Establish strong operating processes, reporting systems and performance KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience, showroom presentation and service.
- Build the showroom into a strong regional destination for furniture and décor.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-format Furniture, Home Furnishing, Décor or Lifestyle Retail.
- Experience managing large teams and high-volume retail operations.
- Strong understanding of furniture and décor customer buying behaviour.
- Solid commercial, sales and operational capabilities.
- Experience with premium / mid-premium furniture retail will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and showroom planning.
- Data-driven approach to sales, productivity and profitability.
- Candidates who have managed 50,000 sq. ft.+ retail environments will be preferred.
