nAs we expand into visual storytelling through Pocket Saga and microdrama, we’re bringing compelling stories, characters, and worlds to life through comics, animated series, and short-form visual content.

nPocket Saga is our leading short-form video platform for serialized stories in fantasy, drama, romance, and action. We deliver bite-sized episodes daily across multiple genres- with a pay-per-episode model that gives viewers freedom and creators the scale to reach millions.

nWe're now building our anime/live action slate, and we need writers who can translate their long-form storytelling mastery into this rapidly growing medium.

nAbout the Role

nWe’re looking for Long-Form & Serialized Fiction Writers who know how to build stories that keep audiences invested across chapters and episodes.

nIf you’ve spent years writing novels, webnovels, serialized fiction, audio fiction, or other long-form stories, you already understand the craft we’re looking for: memorable characters, evolving relationships, layered conflicts, emotional payoffs, and the constant pull of “what happens next?”

nAt Pocket Saga, you’ll bring that storytelling experience into a recent visual format,



developing episodic stories and characters that can live across multiple chapters and episodes.

nWhat You’ll Do

n

n
- Develop and write episodic stories and long-running story arcs for Pocket Saga
n
- Create memorable characters with distinct personalities, motivations, relationships, and emotional journeys
n
- Structure stories across multiple episodes while maintaining pacing, continuity, and momentum
n
- Write compelling hooks, conflicts, twists, reveals, and cliffhangers that keep audiences coming back
n
- Adapt long-form storytelling techniques to a visual, mobile-first format
n
- Work closely with artists, producers, and creative teams to take stories from concept to execution
n
- Experiment with new storytelling approaches and creative tools to strengthen your writing process
n

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n
- 2+ years of experience writing long-form or serialized fiction
n
- Experience writing novels, webnovels, serialized fiction, audio fiction, or microdrama
n
- Experience completing substantial stories or developing multi-chapter story arcs
n
- Strong understanding of character development, narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling
n
- Proven ability to sustain characters, relationships, conflicts, and storylines over a long narrative
n
- Strong command of hooks, twists, reveals, and cliffhangers
n
- A portfolio of published or completed fiction work
n
- Curiosity and openness towards using new creative tools, including AI, in the writing process
