Site Engineer – Construction

Austren Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer –Construction to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project managers.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily site reports and material requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.





Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and site supervision.
- Positive communication and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
