Role:
Acquire Current-to-Bank (NTB) Current & Savings Accounts through open-market sales.
Generate leads and achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets.
Onboard customers and ensure account activation and balance maintenance.
Cross-sell banking products such as Trade, Forex, CMS/DSB and other business solutions.
Ensure compliance with KYC & AML guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduate mandatory.
13 years of experience in Current Account acquisition, preferably SME/Business Banking.
Solid knowledge of local business markets and commercial catchments.
Valuable communication skills and local language proficiency.
Basic knowledge of Business Banking, Trade/Forex preferred.
Good Excel skills and professional grooming.
