Role & responsibilities
Prepare RA Bills, Client & Subcontractor Bills.
Check BOQ, measurements & quantities.
Prepare quantity take-offs and reconciliation.
Verify work as per drawings and site conditions.
Coordinate with site and project teams.
Maintain billing records and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
4 to 7 years experience in construction billing.
Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, AutoCAD & MS Excel.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Experience in Mivan/high-rise projects preferred.
