The Business Analyst will be responsible for end to end Functional Ownership of EMR Modules and related Clinical Systems. The role involves production support, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, training and close co-ordination with technology, UI/UX and hospital teams to ensure reliable and scalable EMR Delivery.
Analyze and manage production issues and change requests from Hospitals.
Act as liasion between Hospital IT Teams, UI/UX and development team.
Prepare and review Functional Requirement Documents.
Support Grooming, scoping and release validation activities.
Perform UAT, Pre-prod and regression testing of all releases.
Conduct trainings and support rollouts of new features/ Modules.
Assist in EMR Implementation and Hypercare support.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust Functional Analysis and documentation skills
*Positive Communication & Stakeholder Co-ordination abilities.
*Ability to manage Multiple Parallel workstreams.
MHM/ MBA in Healthcare Management is mandatory
