By Angi is a Hong Kong-based fine jewellery brand specialising in lab-grown diamonds, made-to-order jewellery and bespoke designs.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce & Shopify Website Manager to manage and maintain our online store and support our growing e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update our Shopify website
- Upload and maintain products, collections, SKUs, pricing and product information
- Create and update website pages, banners, menus and content
- Support new product launches and website merchandising
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns
- Manage basic SEO, including alt text, meta titles and descriptions
- Make basic Shopify theme and layout updates
- Regularly review the website and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of Shopify/e-commerce experience
- Robust working knowledge of Shopify




- Experience with product uploads, website management and page creation
- Experience with Shopify Email, Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
- Comfortable with Canva and/or Figma
- Strong attention to detail and good visual judgement
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Experience with a jewellery, fashion, beauty or premium D2C brand is a plus
