Required Skills· · Manage day-to-day export shipping and dispatch operations . · Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines . · Prepare and verify export shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, and other required documents . Good knowledge of Export & Import Shipping Procedures . · Experience in Handicrafts Export will be preferred. · Knowledge of Shipping Bills, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and export documentation . · Good coordination skills with CHA, freight forwarders and transporters . · Basic knowledge of DGFT, Customs and export procedures . · Good communication and follow-up skills. · Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation . · Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
