- Visit the assigned shop/outlet daily.
- Monitor daily shop operations and activities.
- Check staff attendance, cleanliness, stock, and overall shop conditions.
- Identify and report any issues to the management/HR.
- Submit a daily report after each shop visit.
- Coordinate with shop staff and management whenever required.
- Ensure all assigned responsibilities are completed on time.

- Willingness to travel to the assigned shop daily.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and reporting.
