- Manage and supervise shift-wise production activities as per the production plan and schedule.

- Ensure production of products such as Solid Resins, Acrylic Resin Solutions, HPD Resin Solutions, Film Forming Emulsions, Hard & Opaque Emulsions, Colloidal Emulsions, Specialty Emulsions, SMA, SPTR Resins, and Reducing Agents as per approved specifications.

- Monitor batch processes and ensure adherence to defined SOPs, batch sheets, process parameters, and operating procedures.

- Monitor critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, viscosity, addition rates, reaction time, agitation, solid content, and other product-specific parameters.

- Ensure proper charging of raw materials according to approved batch formulations and manufacturing instructions.

- Coordinate with the QC team for in-process sampling, testing, and product release.

- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for equipment breakdowns and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, raw materials, and utilities during the shift.

- Supervise operators, technicians, and contract workers and allocate work according to production requirements.

- Monitor production output, batch cycle time, yield, rejection, and process losses.





- Identify process deviations and take appropriate corrective action in coordination with Production, QC, R&D;, and other relevant departments.

- Ensure proper cleaning and preparation of reactors, tanks, pipelines, equipment, and production areas between batches/products.

- Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records, shift reports, logbooks, and other required documentation.

- Conduct proper shift handover and communicate pending activities, abnormalities, equipment conditions, and production status to the incoming shift.

- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and LOTO procedures.

- Report incidents, near misses, process abnormalities, and equipment issues to the concerned department/management.

- Maintain positive housekeeping and 5S standards within the production area.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, safety, and process efficiency.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and raw materials as per established procedures.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
