Role & responsibilities

- Instrumentation &
- Control Engineering Handle plant instrumentation systems, control loops, field instruments, and related maintenance activities.

- Field Instrumentation – Hands-on experience with Pressure, Flow, Level, and Temperature instruments.

- DCS / PLC Troubleshooting – Troubleshoot and maintain DCS/PLC systems .

- SCADA Systems – Basic/working knowledge of SCADA systems and troubleshooting.

- Control &

- Safety Valves – Knowledge of control valves, actuators, positioners, and safety valves.

- Loop Checking &

- Commissioning – Experience in loop checking, commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and modification activities.

- Calibration &

- Maintenance – Calibration and maintenance of field instruments and control systems.

- Communication Protocols – Working knowledge of HART, Modbus, and other industrial communication protocols.





- Hazardous Area Classification – Knowledge of hazardous-area instrumentation, installation practices, and applicable safety requirements.

- Preventive &

- Breakdown Maintenance – Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure high equipment availability.

- IMS Documentation – Maintain required IMS, SOP, maintenance, calibration, inspection, and compliance documentation.

- SAP – Experience in SAP-PM for maintenance notifications, work orders, equipment history, spares, and maintenance records.

- Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical, safety, and other cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, plant procedures, and statutory requirements.
